gotta finish my un-finished hwks!

today was a home day though..
got to learn 5 songs on the guitar!

anyway i told myself,
after 1 yr exact of not exercising..

i stared myself at the mirror,
and looked at how much fats have covered my previously built muscles..

i said:
'what about now Roy? what about starting to built a better image again Roy? how about now?'

so i formulated another new improved workout-routine!
and yup!
im starting slow back, so i wont get de-motivated to stop again!
hope this Roy gets his 'sexy' back!
