first bbal coach trainin'

well,
training's were'nt that tough as expected..

anyway,
i was freakin' lousy ther,

  1. -control sucks
  2. -left hand cant bounce a freakin ball
  3. -new shootin' style coach taught wasnt much help either

i was sucked-up there!
shit
i think i can just quit already lor..

though one thing coach commented that i didnt really agree,
he said all of us werent physically fit,
WRONG bout that!

badminton trainin' were much tougher,
plus with all the trainin' me and some went through in our times,
i dont think we arent 'not that fit'

anyway,
this training was as told,
just an orientation-
so expect more..

well,
at least this motivated me to build myself physically,
so,
im still training as i post this!

l8r goin out to eat with family,
and will be back for more trainings!

badminton training-

after school's a jam and then first badminton training,
in lik, 'awhile'

so i was practically scared shits out of my pants!
i didnt dare to enter the hall at first,
uncle stanley was lik lookin at me when i did!
shits!

well it ended quite early..
so freedom's mine,
but fk-up stuffs are that ms loi called me after,

she questioned me if i actually even went for the training,
i was lik what the fk la (?!)
practically she's just pure shit,
she didnt believe a word i said,
though i just answered her yea, whatever..
-calls her an ass behind

so anyway,
my first time going to a gym today!
with Yh and Roy!
it was scary at first,

you get what i mean,
a shorty, entering a men's gym, a TALL men's gym..
(emphasizes on TALL)

but at last,
it was super fun!

so yea,
had a great time ther,
worked-out some other muscles that cant be trained at my 'home-gym'

went home,
and trained a little more on the lower abs,
and sharpen a little on the upper abdomens..

tmr's first coach training for bbal!
excited, scared, just cant wait!
hopefully everyone doesnt get a muscle ache after today,
need to be at least a little on form for trainin'

so yea,

had a little jam in school today..
Rey didnt bring the guitar lik i told him to~
as usual..

we're not goin anywher if his mom's controlling his future to be a coward!

yet i though my dad was unreasonable-

anywho,
after jams with zhaf guitar,
went court and had a match with hai xing people
lik me,
i was laughing my way through the match..

anyway,
they were really FUN!

haha motivated me!

resuming my "pack-up" routine..

tmr is my first badminton CCA!
so scared, excited, whatever!

i trained a little on the upper body after i home-d,
tuition followed-

met Rey on the other side,

seems he too go for tuition around here,
unfortunately not with me and rey..
so yea,
Rey goin back,
me and Jon went for tuition..

so eng was just a bore as ever.
back sooner than usual.

soon as i got back,
went for the next part of my routines,
the lower abdomen-

well,
i was such a loser,
slacking my way through..
damit!
tmr have to repay that..

so yea.
i wanna go gym soon!
nv been ther before,
i tink to me,
home-gyms and depending on ur routines,
are way better than "gyms-on-the-other-side"..

cause somethings always stand between ways..
im just sorry i guess.

well things went lik this,

after school,
planned to go for a bbq for bh birthday
but i went for a movie with shirley before that..
so we met up at whitesands,

(we wore formal wears, and you know how shirley wears, so i must kinda match her right? so yea, we both were weird S'poreans..)

plus we were lik trying to evade evry coralite!?
which made it difficult cause from whitesands, cheryl's group saw us,
and OMG us!
walked, and people stared..
weird?

walked somemore to e-hub,
then ther was soooo many people we tried to evade,
obviously quite to no avail,
guess shirley dear was being too noticeable yea?

blame it on the euro-dressed gal!

anyway,
got 2 seats up front for Harry Potter!
met Jia Rui having a double date..
didnt invite us.. humph!

anyway,

walked around everywher!
laughed around everywher!
talked around everywher!
it was funny bodoh!

moive time!
the movie was ok,
it's not a complete story lik the rest,
ends in continuation to the next epi..

after movie,
shirley wanted to go tuition cause there's still 'time'

intuition tells me no duhh..

anyway,
met up with Jia Rui again cause he's following me to bbq!

brought Sparkling Juice as present for bh!
and Oyster Sause for bh to marinate his chicken?!
haha

ok so Shirley called back from white sands,
news is both trains were delayed!
lol!

told her my Harry Potter skills is that gd afterall! ;)

everyone met up again at e-hub,
made our way ther and brought cocktails to drink ontheway!

the process of getting ther was just pure laughter

we catwalked.
we advertised.
we shout.
we talk.
we laughed.
we broke a sweat or two in our formal unis.
we argued.
we complained.
we laughed again..

anyway,
at first we walked to pit 15..
then we knew its gonna be long!

continued walking the way we came from..

somehow we thought the way was right as it seemed,
but the pit number's getting smaller?!

walked all the way,
till we was a habour?
and there wasnt any pit left?!

'shits, we went the wrong way!'

anway, it was 8:30 by then,
and we had to return home at 9..
so quite impossible to reach the opp. 

but we had to return the oyster sause!
now what!

if both sides walked to meet,
it'll still be too late,
cause we arent even near the entrance of anything..

we walked our way to e-hub to get a bite,
cause none had lunch nor dinner..

tank Desmond and Karyong
for meeting us at downtown bus stop.. 

gave them evrything,
and shirley went,
sorry jia rui for coming out again for nothin,
and i ran home so as not to get grounded.

cooked myself at home,
before lying dead on my bed,
-walked the whole day!

it may be a saddened day,
but nevertheles,
the day couldnt have gone much worst!

    sat was first training
    briefs:
    4 came including me only,
    trained my 'soten mitashui, Hyourinmaru!'

    sun was boring i guess,
    church usual.
    home-d my way through.

    mon was school then wanted to book a bbq pit,
    but not prepared so yea..

    tues just a day in school,
    e-learn tmr, today
    jams arranged-

    TODAY-

    this the day of
    Jams to Slams!
    but had to e-learn first!
    so i did most of the hwk, while playin Restaurant City..
    (duhh..)

    went al casual and stuff.
    met with the "∞"..
    (our new name)
    unique and off-the-hook lik they say!

    anyways, yea drummer!
    nice one at that too!
    just needs a little styling from me,

    then i,

    and with him blocking my way back to check my card,
    he just push me across and we both got through without me paying!
    i was lik,
    'wth! hahaha that is FUNNNY!!!'

    so anyway,
    took 3 wrong bus b4 arriving at my tuition,
    45 mins late.

    today a bore in school..
    spent my time designing out my band's upcoming album!

    PERSONALITY

    cause yesterday's 'healing' (sleep) helped the aches in muscles!

    tuition days were plain cold.

    well at least you know i spend my tue and wed in tuition,
    cold because i randomly chose seats directly under the aircon,
    plain cause, tuitions are meant to be that plain..

    my workout was fine..
    things will go my way,
    my arm doesnt seem lik it wants to strech, now its all pain and stuff..

    today however,
    had short-trainings from darence,
    and went back tired...
    so today's routine was officially CANCELED!

    hwk undone for today too..
    POA's tmr, and thats the sub u dont wanna mess undone hwk with..

    oh yea,
    i had this dream when i was sleeping..
    when i wake up,
    im saddened by that dream,

    gotta finish my un-finished hwks!

    today was a home day though..
    got to learn 5 songs on the guitar!

    so i formulated another new improved workout-routine!
    and yup!
    im starting slow back, so i wont get de-motivated to stop again!
    hope this Roy gets his 'sexy' back!

    school's great today!
    jammed a little after,
    though hwks are late..

    learnt Shine On -Ryan Cabrera on guitar!
    i went home and listened to the acoustic and tried to play the simple strumming one!
    it rocks!

    i tried to record me playing that song and singing,
    but my guitar skills not perfect yet,
    so i always made mistakes!

    anyway, i was thinkin mayb Rey and I could record acoustic songs one day,
    then post it on YouTube!
    haha

    anyway,
    Rey was saying that we'll make an album,
    and call it:

    Personality / Spark
    on our first album will be based on how our personalities can impact the music community!
    showing our passion for music, and having that spark which would light up a flame to our future!

    first things firsts!
    got 3 names and solgans for the team!

    Team;
    Lockdown - "keepin' our passion for basketball, a permanent Love Lockdown"
    Avalanche - "shakin' your grounds!"
    Face Down - "gettin' all Face Down in the dirt!"

    kinda got all the names from songs!
    music-maniac you would say..

    anyway,
    after breakfast, off to train!

    found our first opponents playin' in home court!
    so a little warm-up and off we go!

    i played only lik the last part of the game :(
    10 mins or so only ;(

    argh! i suck so bad!
    i gotta train harder!

    dad called later and caught me playin' ball,
    so had to come home..
    'damit, why cant i even play a sport i love?'

    anyway, went back and went for a church ' camp afterglow'
    man, i was soooo crapt up then!

    home-d and thats that,
    so upset i couldnt go for the full first trainings..
    man, im such a bitch!

    today chuch-d..
    was havin' a bad throat so went home straight..

    now im healing as fast as u can call for Hyourinmaru!
    haha..

    i wan to go for the small training tmr~
    but i dunno if my dad would allow..
    just pray that he would!
